NabzClan does not host files on its servers. We bear no responsibility for externally hosted content or materials posted by users that link to third-party resources.
NabzClan reserves the right to refuse, modify, or remove any user-submitted content deemed harmful, damaging, or otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
User-Generated Content
By posting content on NabzClan, users grant NabzClan an unrestricted, sub-licensable, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute their submissions in connection with the platform.
Users must not share sensitive personal information of others, and must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when posting content.
Prohibited Content
- Violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Discloses another person's personal data without their explicit consent.
- Is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Intellectual Property
Content owned by NabzClan — including but not limited to branding, design, and original text — may not be copied, distributed, or reverse-engineered without express written permission from NabzClan.
All third-party trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on the platform remain the property of their respective owners.
Copyright Claims (DMCA)
If you believe content on NabzClan infringes your copyright, submit a claim via this portal with sufficient detail to allow us to identify and locate the material.
A valid takedown notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) must include:
- An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on NabzClan.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act.
Counter-Notices
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). A valid counter-notice must include your signature, identification of the removed material, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury, your contact details, and consent to federal-court jurisdiction.
Upon receipt, NabzClan will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant. If no court action is initiated within 10–14 business days, the content may be restored.
